      If it loads in the browser with something like a Quicktime plugin, then yeah, it will stream automatically. But it’d be nice to have it stream via Flash or some other built-in browser tool in case users don’t have a special plugin to do it for them.

  Thank you! We put out a lot of time for the podcast and I enjoy doing them, so it’s nice to know somebody else does too.

You could prob implement an audio player right on the site to stream the podcast.
