What games have you been playing lately?
I just got a Nintendo Wii about a week ago and I've been playing some Brawl with Joe. I've yet to play against anyone else online. I wonder just how badly I'll get whipped. Think I should find out tonight…

Eh.. my sister lost my brawl man it sucks.
But i've been playing Resident Evil 5 and MW2 (modern warefare 2).
So yea. Go Microsoft?
And i've preordered Mass Effect 2 coming out soon i believe.

I've mainly been playing Brawl and some Guitar Hero: World Tour.
And Jon, hopefully you'll have better luck than me with random online battles. I've noticed that a lot of people like to just stand there and wait for Sudden Death to drop bob-ombs on them. What's the fun in that?
And damnit Jon, you're good at getting those Smash Balls. I can tell you've had a lot of practice handling bals.

I really liked RE5. My girlfriend and I played the whole thing on co-op and it was a lot of fun. I don't really have any desire to play it again though.

That game looks pretty sweet. If you like Dirt 2, you should also try Pure: http://www.1up.com/do/newsStor…..Id=3170286
You can hookup your Xbox 360 controller into your PC and play Dirt 2 with it too if you want.

I've been playing all sorts, rather fond of TF2 at the moment, just finished Batman Arkham Asylum too, very fun. I've got a huge pile of games to playt as well, Halo 3, fable 2, Castle Crashers, Magic, it's a wonder I have time for other pointless things in my life like work or school.

I bought TF2 to play with my ex-roommate and it was fun playing with him, but in general I'm not a fan. I highly prefer Halo 3 over TF2's multiplayer. I think this is largely due to playing with random team mates, half of which do some stupid stuff. If I played on a team I'd probably like it more.
Castle Crashers is brilliant.

I finally got to play some Resident Evil 5 tonight. And I must say, it is amazing! I hope to play it some more this week. The co-op adds so much to the gameplay. It's kind of reminds me of Resident Evil 0 with more action. And it's nice having someone else for your partner instead of switching all the time. Although I hear the computer really sucks as a partner when you play on 1 player.
I like the old RE games, but I much perfer the gameplay of 4 and 5 over the others.

Magnus, Trials HD is a hilarious game. I've had a lot of fun with the demo.

The Xbox 360 (answers your question to Joe.) Anyway lets talk a little about RE5.
I played the demo like a week before the game was released and hated it.. the computer "helper" is more of a pain because lets face it the computer sucked. That in my mind killed the game for me.. until about a week ago. I rented it and played with a friend. The co-op is the only way to win it without having to constantly help the computer. Hence two brains really are better than one. Even though you do have to help your friend its more fun to help a friend than a computer who cant kill anything and is just a pain.
Basicly.. if you buy the game play with a friend. Otherwise.. kiss your arse goodbye.

Hmmm I don't own any consoles now, so I play Day Of Defeat source or Team Fortress 2 on my laptop. Was recently in a clan for TF2, had some great times and matches but we had to disband :(

I love it for the challenge of beating my friends. plus im like 8470ish in the leaderboards for the 1-bit level on the new DLC and for me thats an achievement XD

Uncharted 2 currently, the best game I've played in a very long time.
Looking forward to the Modnation Racers EU Beta come Friday as well.

Ah dang, if I still had my rental I'd suggest we do some co-op.
Uncharted 2 is a game I never heard of until it was released, and now I hear so many talk about it like it's one of the greatest games in the past few years. It's funny how, for me at least, it came out of nowhere. I don't follow Sony as much as the other two though, so that's probably why.
