How do you organize your life?

I am curious how you all organize your life and tasks. To-do lists? Checklists? Software?

I primarily use three things.

1. Joe's Goals
I use this as a fun way to remind myself of things I need and want to do every day. For example, one of the things on my list is "Floss teeth." I added this when my dentist said I don't floss enough. :)

After I floss I can go click and give myself a smiley face. It's my goal every day to fill up my sheet with smiley faces. The more consistent I am, the easier it becomes, because the actions become a habit.

2. PBWorks
I use PBworks for my personal wiki. I keep track of projects I'm working on and use it as a to-do list. If I have a big project, I make a separate page for it and link to it from my main page. I also keep a handy list of bookmarks for me to access from anywhere.

3. Google Calendar
I use Google Calendar to organize meetings and to remind myself of important dates like birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

How about you?

My general goals are pretty straightforward.

I write stuff down I want to remember; otherwise I just do stuff when it needs doing.

And I use kana reminder to tell me when to check ebay (every 6 days) and when to back up my documents (ever 30 days). It pops up a tool tip at specified days and times.

And occasionally I’ll put something else on it like “don’t’ forget to buy birthday present.”

I actually don't. People would probably think that, having Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that I would be more organized than anyone else in the world, but really, the whole prospect of organization is too overwhelming. And even more overwhelming is the chaos that follows because of lack of organizing. It's frustrating, to say the least.

Still, I manage to survive, so it's not all bad, is it?

[ADDED A LITTLE BIT LATER]

After reading more of your first post, I realized there is some form of organization, at least, with appointments. I use the calendar on my cell phone to get reminders. Not just for appointments, but also for TV shows that will premier on a certain date, but that date is too far off for me to set the reminder on my cable box.
