I'll make this short since I already did a little biography of my self for the site.

The name's Joe but online I'm known as Joseppi. I like all types of games but I usually learn towards adventure. The Legend of Zelda is my favorite franchise. The timeline really intrigues me. I plan to do an article on it soon.

I also run a couple of other sites as well as as this one. Here's a complete rundown of them.

TheSonicZone.net is my baby. ZippyGamer may be my love child with Jon, but TSZ holds a very special place in my heart. I just launched it on August 1, 2009 and it has really surprised me at how well it's done.

EagleEyesNest.com is I maintain for a friend. EEN is his clan in Mafia Wars and the site where all the members go to chat and pretty much just shoot the shit. It's a pretty notorious group that is very well known in the Mafia Wars community.

I use to run NintendoSource.com with a bunch of friends from GameSpy's Gamecube Forums back in 2006. I was just learning web design then and had a long way to go. Jon was a big supporter of the site and I'll never forget that. He paid for the domain registration and even hosted it. I kept it going for almost a year until I started college and didn't have as much time for it. I learned a lot of what I know today from running that site. Now it's owned by some German dude.

I am here. Logged and loaded, ready for bear. You guys did one 'ell of a job on this site. I'd like it if we could somehow reach out to some of our old kindred from The Tower. I think I may have Pster's email, if anyone wants me to try contacting him. If someone can get a hold of THB, it'd be great to 'ave 'im back to. Just let me know. More than willing to dig.

I know you guys mentioned athletic sports as one of the key-points to this site, but what about motorsports? I'd be more than willing, once the season(s) start, to give weekly reviews of NASCAR and F1 races. Actually, on the F1 side, I just read last night Michael Schumacher is coming out of retirement. Downside: unless I'm mistaken, it sounds like defending champ Jenson Button is out.

Anyway, to any new patrons, I am the one and only Bonemeal. Some years ago at GSF, I was feeling a bit quirky and changed my name from whatever it was to Partially Hydrogenated Bone Meal. Seriously, I can't remember what name I used right before that. Anyway, as time went on, people would just call me either "Bonemeal" or "Bone", and it just stuck. It's stuck so perfectly, it's pretty much my name anywhere on the net. (Though, if you look me up at YouTube, I am Bonemeal2. Reason being, I lost my first account.) Gamer, pipe smoker, occasionally enjoy small quantities of vodka, but not too often. When the weather is decent, I often love just taking long walks. Nowhere in particular, just walking and walking. It's also a great way to socialize and connect with friends of mine who have no cellphones or landlines, as I am not a tavern man. Quite often, I've run into friends of mine, and we just stand around and, as Joe just said, shoot the shit.

To be even more specific with some of my interests, I've been on a major Brit-kick lately. Top Gear, Doctor Who, and just about anything where Gordon Ramsey yells at people will be on my watch-list. Still watch House M.D, but there's something wrong with the show. Each season is getting smaller and smaller. I fear perhaps David Shore and company are maybe getting ready to pull the plug on that one. Travisty if it happens.

My major sport of passion is NASCAR. Yeah, I've heard it all before: rednecks, driving in circles, white trash, blah, blah, blah, but it doesn't faze me. As of this year, I am making F1 something to keep an eye on. Still annoyed with Speed TV. Why is it, they cover all Formula 1 races, yet not one single race from the other side of the FIA? You know, take your Lancer Evo VI around a tight dirt track on the Australian outback. Of course, I am speaking of the WRC.

Today, I witnessed history. The MN Vikings…going on to the final showdown for the NFC Championship, and a shot at the Super Bowl. I never thought this would be something I'd even see in my lifetime. I don't know how the game will turn out between the Vikes and the Saints, but I can honestly say, I am proud of the Vikings this year. Win, lose, or draw, they are already champions in my mind. (And hopefully, to everyone else officially by the end of the NFL year.)

It's good to see you make it over our way Bone. We definitely need to get some of our Tower vets over here.

I think it would be great to have some artciles about racing. So if you're up for it, we'd be honored to have you on the team. I remember you wrote an article or two for NSource back in the day, so I know you're good for it. I look forward to see what you have in store for us.

And yes, the Vikings have done good this year. I'm sure you're glad to have Farve on the team. He's getting up there in age but he's still a damn good quarterback. The Bengals (my team) have done great this year too. I had high hopes for them this season. To bad they blew the last few games, but nonetheless, they made me proud even if they did lose to Minnesota. lol I was upset that the Jets beat them in the last two games though. That ended the season for us. I was really hoping the Chargers were going to knock them off their pedistoll today. Didn't happen. :( Maybe the Colts will pull it off next week.

Welcome Bone, nice intro. I'm hoping the Vikings will win it. Favre/Harvin are like the new Tebow/Harvin, who won us a national championship in college football. Go Gators!

Well suppose I should introduce myself quickly. Names Jeremy but I go by JGH27. Joseppi is actually the reason I joined, he posted the TWBB review on the TWBB (There Will Be Brawl for those who aren't sure what TWBB stands for) forum where I'm a mod. Needless to say I enjoyed the article and joined to comment. I don't frequent forums often but this 1 looks to be promising.

Anyways I'm 21 and live in Canada. Only sport I really watch is hockey (typical stereotype I know lol) and sometimes baseball. I'm also a wrestling fan and am currently in the process of working out and saving money to train to become a pro. I also am into video editing and film and have been doing video work for the past year and a half for a local promotion. I'll also be starting a volunteer gig at the local television station as a studio and mobile unit production tech. Amongst these things I'm also in the process of setting up a small summer business 20 minutes from where I live. I also write scripts/ideas for film and webseries I plan on shooting with my current 2 projects being a horror, Tales From the Crypt style, webseries and a Vigilante story I have in mind that'll either be done as a full movie, or in parts like TWBB was.

So that's a bit about myself and I hope to be around for awhile. I also enjoy retro games and boardgames.

Peace!

Quite an introduction and im glad my threads are catching attention. But anyway glad to have you and TWBB was an amazing series..

Loved it up until the last 30 seconds.. I cant explain why but the ending didnt seem completly there.. kind a like it was rushed? It was pretty epic otherwise.. Ganon was kick ass.. Killed Link and Zelda in one move. Amazing!

But it seems you got alot of stuff on your plate right now compared to me a lazy American student who has time to play video games lol…( I need a life…)

Well nice to meet all of you. Laugh

Wow, a mod from TWBB's forum here at ZippyGamer. I have to say I'm honored.

I didn't know you were into film making. I'm sure you've mentioned it at TWBB, but I must have missed it. Anyway, when you get them done, I'd love to see them. Hopefully they'll be big successes. Webseries are the way of the future.

It's really great to see you here JGH!

Thanks for the welcome guys :)

Yeah, the ending to TWBB was a bit off for some reason to I find, that and the final battle seems kinda short but I suppose they had to fit everything in. Ganon was a true bad ass as was Koopa (I always liked the name Koopa better than Bowser so if I use it instead ever, that's why lol)

lol, it sounds like I'm really busy but modestly I do my video stuff mainly 1-2 a month, except the past 2 months where it was every week. My business really isn't much right now other than looking stuff up online and I'm not working or a student so yeah lol. This TV dealy though looks like it'll be filling up a lot of time though, I've got my orientation tonight and may have multiple shows I'll be working on instead of 1 (which wouldn't have started until February 27th :S)

Yeah, I've mentioned the film bit on there, created a thread in the 'whatever' section but it never caught on lol. Thanks man, probably won't be for awhile but who knows. Webseries definently are the way of the future.

Again thanks for the welcome, and I'm out for a bit. Peace

Glad to see you here Icarus! And yes, he will kill for me. It wouldn't be the first time. Just ask my ex, oh wait, she passed away…I kid.

We could always use someone who's knowledgeable in the Sony department.

Yes, Sony will be the site's weakest link until we get more Sony writers.
