haha i had no idea fear factory covered that song.
I'm currently listening to Japanese Nu-metal/punk/trash theres no way of putting this band into a genre due to how diverse there songs range. But this song is more on the nu metal / trash side of things:

funnly enough, I used to hate this song, i just couldn't like it at all when i first heard it, the DJ at my local Rock club, kept playing it over and over, then i didn't go there for a good 3 years, and now for some reason i like the song…strange.

Sober was one of my fav Tool songs from back in the day. I actually preferred APC as time went on. Tool lost something right around 2001 when Lateralus came out. Keenan's vocals just turned…shite in Tool as if he were saving them for APC.

I only got into tool recently, as in a few weeks ago so I wouldn't know. So far I've listened to the albums 10,000 days and aenima. Seems to me when they don’t screw around with computer affects to make “songs” that are a minuet of noises they’re pure genius.
